Second restaurant of the chain “Azuki Sushi” designed by Tecnam Progetti, after that of Santarcangelo di Romagna, AZUKI SUSHI of Pesaro is a restaurant and modern and contemporary Asian cuisine, where the design of the furniture and space takes some stylistic style of the premises already designed in Santarcangelo, declining them in a new image even more oriented to the evocation of relaxing oriental atmospheres linked to the spiritual world and nature.
To this objective contributes the choice of warm lights, materials and coverings, in particular the wood-effect porcelain stoneware floor in combination with the wallpaper that represents naturalistic images, almost a modern trompe-l’oeil covering entire walls, opens the space on “zen” paths and green bamboo forests.
The same play of optical illusion is also found in the toilets, where the original design of the sink, the mirrors surrounded by large clear frames and the doors “invisible flush with the wall” amplifies the overall scenic effect of the environments. As always, it is the details that make the difference: in the dining room, the large central counter in concrete effect with its showcases for the display and storage of sushi, topped by the wooden effect slats, becomes the protagonist of the space. On the front stands the large laser-carved logo on iron sheet.
Behind it opens the open kitchen, from the walls covered with tiles of a bright English green, which gives rise to an original color contrast with the rest of the environment.
High and low tables with “Abet” laminated tops and “vintage” eco-leather sofas complete the furnishing project of the restaurant, with taste and refinement. Outside, a raised dehor area, consisting of a wooden platform and refinements by planters expertly integrated into its design, allows customers to taste the kitchen si Azuki also outdoors. The large windows on the room thus become a spectacular diaphragm of light, which both day and night creates and enhances the particular atmosphere of the room, thanks to an accurate project of “light design”.
AZUKI SUSHI is a local designed by Tecnam Progetti, architecture and interior design studio in Rimini that deals with the design and furnishing of public spaces since 1987.
