Located in Pralormo a few kilometres from Casanova Abbey, Jiere is the restaurant of the Hotel Rio Verde.
The hotel still boasts passionate family management and a restaurant that offers the flavours of typical Piedmontese cuisine.
For some time now, the Pralormo Castle has hosted the annual Messer tulipani, a large flower show celebrating many curious varieties of flowers.
The design mood conceived for the Jiere restaurant takes its cue from this event, enhancing the shapes and colours in the furnishings and decorations. The restaurant area was divided into several zones in order to provide different atmospheres according to the occasion: the result is a part with an open kitchen, with more informal materials and volumes, and a more intimate and elegant part designed for special moments.
The work carried out in this structure concerns not only the restaurant located on the ground floor, but also the hall and the basement which includes the cellar and storage area. Everything was designed not only to give continuity to the various rooms as a whole, but also to characterise them according to their use. In this aesthetically appealing building reminiscent of tradition, several scenarios are thus developed, capable of accommodating several different situations.
Jiere – Ristorante Hotel Rio Verde was designed by Tecnam Progetti, an architecture and interior design studio in Rimini that has been designing and furnishing public premises since 1987.
